HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code,
the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
or that MELLE JULIE LOU made a mistake.
Important note: all shop items can be returned
or exchanged, except for earrings or piercings.
To make a return, please send an email first.
specifying the item(s) you wish to return.
Please let me know your first and last name.
Once your return request has been received by MELLE JULIE LOU,
you can return your item(s):
- by post, to the following address

- either via Mondial Relay, of which here are the different stages:
1- if you don't have an account, you must first create one
2- then you have to go to the tab: SEND A PARCEL
3- please select FRANCE for the destination and enter the weight of the package
(for this, use a scale)
4- then you have to go to the tab: I LET MY RECIPIENT CHOOSE HIS RELAY POINT
5- then, you will have to enter my email address: mellejulielou@gmail.com
6- to finish, all you have to do is press: CONFIRM MY SEND
then on: I GOT IT, THANK YOU!
7- and now, I will be notified of your request and when
I will have informed my collection point,
you can print your return label and pay for it
8- you stick this label on your package
and you drop it off at the Mondial Relay point of your choice
Once your return has been received, MELLE JULIE LOU undertakes to reimburse you
according to your payment method within 3 days.
ATTENTION: the shipping costs paid during your order will not be refunded!
HOW TO EXCHANGE
