The delivery time varies according to the availability of the article:

for this, you just have to consult the description of the article: the delivery time is clearly stipulated there.

But in general, packages are shipped within 5 working days.

When availability is not the same for each item,

in certain cases (and/or at the request of the client),

MELLE JULIE LOU will be able to offer you a shipment in several times.

For each order placed on the MELLE JULIE LOU website,

you AUTOMATICALLY receive a confirmation email.

If this is not the case, the order has not been placed.

and unfortunately we have to start all over again!

Ditto, when you pay for your order via PayPal,

you always receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs are free for jewelry and some light accessories for France only.

The shipping coast is also free for orders over 100 euros.

Our deliveries are made by default via Mondial Relay for :

France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy,

Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal

and via the Post Office, for the rest of the world.

The choice of the collected point is made separately, when your order is ready to go :

Mondial Relay will send you an email to choose the point that suits you.

MELLE JULIE LOU will not be responsible if Mondial Relay decides to deliver

for X reasons your parcel to another collection point.

If however, you do not wish to be delivered via Mondial Relay,

and you prefer a delivery via the Post Office

you just have to stipulate it when placing your order in the information tab.

ATTENTION, for deliveries via the Post Office,

it is really important to fill in your delivery address correctly,

with as much information as possible (door code, building, etc.)

Small objects (like jewellery, small accessories, etc.), are systematically post in a tracking letter

(to know the tracking number, please contact us).

The price of delivery is calculated according to the number of items and their weight.

Once your package has been deposited with our service provider,

we are not responsible for the proper delivery of it.

Delivery times are given as an indication and we decline all responsibility

in case of delay in delivery due to the service of the carriers.

If your package is lost or stolen, please inform MELLE JULIE LOU

as soon as possible to file a claim.
